I have always been fascinated by our own stories. And, more often than not, our own stories perhaps don’t feel as important as someone who’s achieving great things. I believe that we all achieve great things in our own authentic way.

 

And anything can come from anything. So there’s no desired outcome as to what it needs to be, or how it’s going to look, or how you’re going to feel. It is all to do with your own experience and finding ways to integrate that to enhance your life.  

 

As we’re all so multifaceted, to be unleashed from the boxes that we get placed in socially, or within our families, or within our friendships, it’s just vital to be able to connect with where you’re at right now.

 

You can have a specific holding of Creative Kinesiology, Therapeutic Massage, Sound Therapy, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, or TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), or you can have an integrative session where there is Bodywork tailored to your needs right now.
